After everyone's health is assured and the reports have been filed, it is time to address the vehicle damage issue. If your vehicle is driveable, come in to Tallmadge Collision Center for an estimate. Stop in at your convenience any time Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 4:30 p.m. and one of our six service writers will prepare a detailed estimate for you. You may also come in on Saturdays between 8:00 and 11:30 a.m. At that time, we can schedule your vehicle repair, make arrangements for a rental car, and answer any questions that you may have.

If your vehicle is not driveable, CALL Tallmadge Collision Center. Even if you think that your vehicle may be a total loss, CALL US. Whether your vehicle is at your home or in a towing yard, we recommend moving your vehicle to friendly ground ASAP, and there is no better place for your vehicle to be than at Tallmadge Collision Center. Until your car is at a body shop, you are at the mercy of insurance adjusters. Once at Tallmadge Collision Center, we will perform a detailed inspection and provide you with in-depth information so that you may examine all of your options.

As a general rule, insurance companies will pay for the tow from the accident scene to a towing yard, and will also pay for a tow from the tow yard to a body shop. We will be happy to pick up your vehicle with our flat-bed tow truck wherever it is. We will pay any towing and storage charges due at the towing yard and settle with the insurance company later. During normal business hours, we encourage you to instruct the tow truck to take your vehicle directly to Tallmadge Collision Center. We will pay any charges when the driver delivers your car.

We also offer free to-the-door shuttle service. We will be happy to take you home, to work or wherever you need to go when you drop off your vehicle for repair. We will also pick you up when repairs on your vehicle have been completed.
