Assess your vehicle damage:

If your vehicle is safely driveable, come to Tallmadge Collision Center for an estimate. Stop in at your convenience, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 4:30 p.m. One of our service writers will prepare a detailed estimate for you. You may also come in on Saturdays between 8:00 and 11:30 a.m.

At that time, we can schedule your vehicle repair, make arrangements for a rental car, and answer any questions that you may have.

ESTIMATING

Tallmadge Collision Center will provide you with a detailed estimate for your repair job at no cost and without a long wait. Within minutes, our computerized estimating center will generate an estimate report. One of our five service writers will be happy to work with you and your insurance carrier on your vehicle repair.

Even if you think your vehicle may be a total loss, CALL US at 330-630-2188. Whether your vehicle is at your home or in a towing yard, we recommend moving your vehicle to friendly ground ASAP, and there is no better place for your vehicle to be than at Tallmadge Collision Center.

Once at Tallmadge Collision, we'll perform a detailed inspection and provide you with in-depth information so that you may examine all of your options.

Towing and Charges:

As a general rule, insurance companies will pay for the tow from the accident scene to a towing yard, and will also pay for a tow from the tow yard to a body shop. We will be happy to pick up your vehicle with our flat-bed tow truck - wherever it is. We'll pay any towing and storage charges due at the towing yard and settle with the insurance company later.

During our normal business hours, we encourage you to instruct the tow truck to take your vehicle directly to Tallmadge Collision Center. We will pay any charges when the driver delivers your car.

Tallmadge Collision also offers free to-the-door shuttle service. We will be happy to take you home, to work, or wherever you need to go when you drop off your vehicle for repair. We'll also be happy to pick you up when repairs on your vehicle have been completed.
